Pu-erh Tea Shou Cha (ripened pu-erh tea) is a Pu-erh tea that has gone through a speed fermenting process during its production. Unlike raw Pu-erh, ripened pu-erh is ready for consumption immediate after their production. For the premium cakes however, the more aged they are the smoother they become with a rich and unique Pu-erh tea's woody aroma.
This is a Pu-erh ripened cake made in its standard weight of 357g. The leaves were harvested from Meng-Hai area, 1800m above sea level. It has all the characteristics of a ripened Pu-erh, agate tea colour, woody flavor and supreme smooth texture etc.
It is a good tea to assist in digestion and weight loss.

Hi, I\'m no connoisseur of Chinese teas and I only first tried a loose leaf version of pu-erh (polay / bolay) tea at a Chinese restaurant a little while back. I did like the slightly stronger cleansing flavour and sensation of this tea though and wanted to drink it on a more regular basis. So I decided to give this one a go, and I must say I like it very much. I will be ordering it again, although with this quantity I\'d say it will last me quite a while.\r\n\r\nThe products I ordered were well packed and shipped quickly. Thanks
