Feng Huang Dan Cong 凤凰单丛
Phoenix Single Bush is a Guang-Dong Oolong tea, the most famous and top quality of the single bush tea family produced in the Phoenix Mountain area of the Guangdong Province of China.
Single bush teas are well known for their natural capacity to imitate the flavors and fragrances of various flowers and fruits in the surrounding area. The locals traditionally name their teas according to their fragrance types.
This Feng Huang Dan Cong has a high and elegant pure aroma, bright deep yellow tea brew color with a mellow texture. The floral sensation lingers long after to draw one back for the next cup. It is a must try for Oolong tea lovers.
We offer 1 quality grades (Premium) in 50 gm packaging. We take special precautions to purchase new season stock and air transport to preserve original tea quality.
Unique. Beautiful. Very striking honey in the first brew. The floral notes become more mellow after that but the sweetness keeps coming, opening into almost a deep caramel with just a hint of grass. Flavour peaked after four brews for me.
