How to brew Pu-erh:

1. Unwrap one mini tuocha and place it in your teapot or mug.

2. The Rinse: Pour a splash of freshly boiled water over the tea to cover it. Wait 5-10 seconds, and pour this liquid away. This "wakes up" the tightly compressed leaves and washes away any tea dust.

3. The Brew: Add fresh boiling water and let it steep for 30 seconds to 1 minute before drinking.

4. You can easily re-steep this single piece 3 to 4 times! Just add a little more time with each brew.
