This is a tea made of sprouts from Pu-erh tea trees, before the emergence of the new leaves. Some argue it is not a Pu-erh tea strictly speaking as it is not processed as the conventional pu-erh teas. It is actually very similar to white teas in many regards, except the source of origin: white tea is bush tea while Pu-erh is arbour tree tea.

Ya-Bao has a very light tea brew colour and taste at the start, with a distinctive peach orchard aroma, quickly turn into a gentle sweet flavour and refreshing after taste.
