FuJian High Mountain Black Tea

The Fu-Jian province of south-east China is the birth place of many teas. Its unique environmental conditions, the soil and the climate, are ideal for tea cultivation. Combined with the local obsession with high quality teas and numerous generations of tea processing experiences, Fu-Jian has become the alternative of some of the top end Chinese teas, such as black tea, white tea and Oolong tea.  

This is a premium high mountain black tea produced in the San-Ming area of the Fujian province. The tea is organically produced on high mountains 1000 meters above the sea level (although the tea farm owner is still working at obtaining their organic certificate), processed by a newly developed processing method.  The tea has a unique floral aroma that is not found in any other teas, refreshing, mellow and delightful.
