Easy 4-step brewing

1. Add tea — place loose leaf tea into the glass inner basket

2. Add water — 85–90°C for green/white tea; 95–100°C for oolong/black

3. Watch & steep — for premium tea, a quick 5–15 seconds is often enough

4. Lift & serve — lift the basket, let it drain, and rest it on the flipped-over lid
