Where It Comes From

We source this straight from Anxi in Fujian—the historic home of Tie Guan Yin. Over the past 18 years, we’ve tasted (and rejected) a lot of average teas to make sure what lands in our Sydney shop is the real deal.

Quality & Package Size: 

We keep it simple with three grades (High, Premium, Exclusive) in 50g or 100g packs.

• High Grade: Honestly, our "entry-level" is better than what most places sell as their top shelf. A great daily drinker.

• Premium Grade: The sweet spot. This is the ultimate bang for your buck and exactly what most of our regulars buy on repeat. A noticeable step up in flavor, without the huge price jump.

• Exclusive Grade: The rare stuff. If you really know your Oolongs, this one will impress you.

We take special precautions to purchase new season stock, air transport and store refrigerated to preserve the original tea quality.
