ZhangPing Shui Xian is a Oolong tea produced in the Zhang-Ping area of the Fu-Jia province, south-east of China. It has been a folk Oolong known to generations of locals to be of premium quality with pure country aroma and refreshing aftertaste. It is a relatively low key Oolong that offers high value for money, although it price has been increasing steadily with its increasing popularity during the recent years.
