Caring for your Zhu Ni teapot

Zhu Ni is a dense clay that likes a warm start. Before brewing — especially in cold weather — don't rush to pour boiling water straight in; first warm the pot by rinsing it with hot water on the outside, then brew. This gentle warm-up helps the pot and the tea, and keeps a fine Zhu Ni pot at its best.
