A premium butter jade gaiwan made of top-grade Dehua Yang-Zhi-Yu (羊脂玉, "mutton-fat jade") ceramic.

This clay has a special mineral makeup that gives a silky-soft texture and a natural cream colour, much like fine jade.

It's difficult to make — the breakage rate is high — which is part of what makes it special.

  • Material: Dehua Yang-Zhi-Yu (butter jade) ceramic, high-fired and food-safe for hot tea
