Fu Brick - Golden Flower

This is a value for money An-Hua Hei Cha Fu Brick. The tea leaves were harvested from the snowy mountains in the Hu-Nan Province and the bricks were compressed by the traditional compressing methods. The brick is filled with the highly desired probiotics Jin-Hua (金花 Eurotium cristatum). The tea brew of this brick is aromatic and mellow with a refreshing after taste.

It is ready for immediate consumption or collection to age further.

The probiotics Jin-Hua (金花 Eurotium cristatum) in the Fu bricks is produced by appying a special technique called 'Fa-Hua' during their processing. Under the optimal environmental conditions, the Eurotium cristatum develops naturally within the bricks (similar to the yeast). There are however occations where the Eurotium cristatum simply has not developed for certain bricks. Since it is not possible to inspect the internal status of each brick, we would offer some compensation should this be the case for the brick(s) you have recieved.
