Fu Brick - First Grade

This is a first grade An-Hua Hei Cha Fu Brick made from first grade harvest of the early spring 2015. The dry leaves of this brick are full and strong in rich deep color. The bricks are filled with the desired probiotics Jin-Hua (金花 Eurotium cristatum). Its brew is aromatic, mellow yet refreshing.

It is ready for immediate consumption or collection to age further.

The probiotics Jin-Hua (金花 Eurotium cristatum) in the Fu bricks is produced by appying a special technique called 'Fa-Hua' during their processing. Under the optimal environmental conditions, the Eurotium cristatum develops naturally within the bricks (similar to the yeast). There are however occations where the Eurotium cristatum simply has not developed for certain bricks. Since it is not possible to inspect the internal status of each brick, we would offer some compensation should this be the case for the brick(s) you have recieved.
