Earl Grey — Classic Bergamot Black Tea

Earl Grey is one of the world's best-loved flavoured teas — a black tea scented with bergamot orange for its bright, fragrant citrus lift.

First known in the West around 200 years ago, it began as a way to echo the prized citrus notes of certain fine Chinese black teas, and has long since become a classic all its own.

Ours is a proper loose-leaf Earl Grey: black tea base, fragrant bergamot on top.


How to Enjoy Earl Grey

Brew with hot water (around 90–95°C) and steep to taste. Lovely on its own, and a classic with a splash of milk. Store it sealed, somewhere cool, dry and away from strong smells.
