Chrysanthemum black tea is as much a show as a drink — black tea leaves are hand-tied into a little bundle around a chrysanthemum blossom, which slowly opens into a flower as it steeps.

In the cup, you get the full-bodied taste of Dian Hong black tea with the light, refreshing lift of chrysanthemum. Best brewed in a clear glass pot so you can watch it bloom — a lovely one for dinner parties and guests.

How to Enjoy Chrysanthemum Black Tea

Place one bundle in a clear glass pot, pour over hot water (around 90–95°C), and watch it open. Top up as you go. Store the bundles sealed, somewhere cool, dry and away from strong smells.
