Cha He
A Cha He (茶荷) is a small tea presenter shaped like an up-curled lotus leaf.
You place the dry leaves in it to view and smell them before brewing — a key part of appreciating a fine tea — then use it as a funnel to tip the leaves neatly into your gaiwan or teapot.
