A Cha Hai (茶海), also called a Gong Dao Bei (公道杯) or fairness cup, is the small pitcher you pour your brewed tea into so every cup is even in strength. This is a butter jade ceramic Cha Hai and tea strainer set. Unlike conventional strainers where the filter is an add-on of a different material, this filter is part of the ceramic itself.
