Bamboo Gong-Fu tea tray C

A tea tray is essential during tea brewing, providing a space for the process as well as catching the residual liquid for later dispose. Over the long history of tea consumption in China, tea trays have also been incorporated with traditional art and culture to become an item of display even collection.

Bamboo is acknowledged as an important of Chinese civilisation history, to the point it replaced certain part of the iron era due to its nature of being extremely strong but easy to craft at the same time. This bamboo tea tray is made of a pure bamboo top,  fitted with a plastic base for storing the run off liquid during the tea brewing. The base is invisible from top. It is a practical design for an authentic appearance, yet light weight, practical and enduring base for use and cleaning. 

To clean, simply pull out the draw base, dispose the unwanted liquid, rinse and dry.
