An Authentic Yixing Zi Sha Gaiwan made of premium Zisha Duan Ni (silky clay).
Gaiwan is traditionally used as a tea making vessel, especially during Kung Fu tea tasting. The fact it has a wide open allows ideal visual space to inspect the tea leaves which is believed to be highly associated with the tea quality. The steam cumulated on its lid also serves as a source of the tea's aroma, to be explored and tested for tea quality.
This Zi Sha Gai Wan is made in the classic Zisha Duan Ni (silk clay) colour - earthy cream, decorated by ancient Chinese calligraphy, offering an authentic yet premium class appearance.

I received the yixing teapots made by Su Rong-Rong and they are amazing quality! The da-hong-pao clay feels extra luxurious. I made oolong in it and it's just wonderful to use. Also, the duan ni gaiwan I received in my first order is so beautiful and unique. I can keep praising your tea and tea products all day! I'm sure I'll be back for more soon.
