This tea set is a product of De Hua of the Fujian Province, one of China's three ceramic capitals famous for its 'white ceramic' production. The ceramic produced here is known for its pure white colour, sparkling glaze and extreme strength described as 'thin as egg shell but as strong as the strongest ceramic'.
The tea cups are double layered, designed for comfortable fit when holding and keeping the tea warm (air insulation).
