Valley Green Tea is keen to pursue and develop long term relationship with distributors and other outlets, and to selectively partner for mutual advantage. We wholesale our products to various businesses: retail shops, café, restaurants, tea rooms and health/dietitian clinics.

What we offer:

We are passionate tea enthusiasts who source and supply high quality Chinese Loose Leaf teas, herbal teas and tea accessories via our direct links with Chinese producers, growers and suppliers.

• Consultations and support with regard to: tea related culture/production, storage and preparation; tea related health benefits and other information.
• A listing of your business on the Agents/outlets Page of the Valley Green Tea website.
• Assistance with presentation and display of Valley Green Tea products for use at your premises as required.
• For those who are not familiar with Chinese tea preparation and wish to learn more to enhance their customer services, Valley Green Tea offers in house training.

EnJie is also available for tea tasting and preparation demonstrations should there be suitably locations and venues.

What we expect:

We are looking for outlets to provide adequate geographical coverage and commitment to promote the branding of our high quality products. Requirements include:

• communication and consultations should it become necessary
• following certain storage guidelines, especially for loose leaf teas as follow:

Loose leaf tea storage instruction:

1. All teas should be stored tea away from high temperature, light, moisture, foreign odor.
2. All our loose leaf teas are high quality fresh teas. All green teas and Tie Guan Yin, based on their individual characteristics, are stored refrigerated on our premises to preserve original quality. We therefore recommend they are stored refrigerated at the distributor’s premises unless sold within 4 weeks.

Order Lead Times

One of the mechanisms we take up to ensure the freshness and high quality of all our loose tea products is to avoid excessive stocking, but using frequent supply from China. (Our teas are seasonally produced – some having up to 4 harvesting seasons in a year)

We therefore appreciate a lead time of at least 10 working days for orders of any one tea type (any one quality grade) that exceeds 2kgs.

Discount pricing:

Prices between Valley Green Tea and its distributors will be negotiated in good faith, taking all factors into account in order to allow Valley Green Tea and its distributors to generate adequate margins.
