Yes!

Teas have been used in traditional Chinese medicine to treat obesity for a long time.

Over the last 20 years, modern science has started analysing the active ingredients in tea in both laboratories studies and clinical trials.

The results are consistent: tea consumption is associated with weight loss, green tea, white tea, oolong tea or pu-erh tea.
