Oolong tea preparation

  1. Warm up the tea vessel with freshly boiled water.
  2. Add Oolong/ Wulong tea leaves (1/2 tea spoon for a cup or 1 per small tea pot to start and adjust according to personal preference of strength later).
  3. Pour the freshly boiled water into the tea vessel, rinse the tea leaves for 1-2 seconds and dispose the water.
  4. Add freshly bolied water and serve after 3-5 minutes. (Ideally with a lid on.)
  5. The tea leaves could be used repeatedly for up to 3-4 times by just adding hot water.
