Green Tea
Green Tea is the only class of Chinese tea un-fermented during the tea making process.
We supply top quality loose leaf green tea sourced directly from growers in traditional green tea producing regions of China, organically produced and graded by professional tea valuers. Our teas are sourced for quality each harvest, vacuum sealed and stored refrigerated to preserve freshness.
Our Dragon Well and Bi Luo Chun are popular well known green teas. They rank No. 1 & 2 in the Chinese tea book (hundreds recorded).

We offer Bi Luo Chun and Dragon Well in three quality grades: Medium, High and Extra High.
- Our medium grade : is comparable to teas nominated as premium quality in some Australian stores we have sampled.
- Our extra high grade : is at the level above which a regular tea drinker from the tea producing region would not easily distinguish further improvement in quality.

Not sure what Green Tea to order?
If you are new to green tea, start with any of the teas in the medium quality grade. Move to a higher quality for special occasions or as you start to really appreciate a particular green tea variety. ( ie don't pay for more then you can appreciate!)
Dragon Well is a well known chinese tea always popular with Asian customers. Some Western customers are very enthusiastic about Bi Luo Chun.
For those completely new to chinese teas and from a western background we recommend Tie Guan Yin ( belonging to the Oolong class and not strictly a green tea) as being the most accessible for western first timers in our experience.

" We are proud of the quality of the chinese green tea we provide , which we understand from feedback to be unparalleled in Australia. We would like to share these with you." EnJie.
